How to compare products
Compare the exact material, selected color, header, dimensions, lining availability and intended use. Do not assume all velvet curtains provide 100% blackout, all linen-look curtains contain linen, or all products have the same optional upgrades. Available dimensions and prices are those shown by each configurator.
Certificates and commercial projects
Material documentation: Please request the current certificate and its scope for your selected material, color and configuration. A supplier-held material certificate does not automatically certify the entire finished curtain or every accessory. OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 concerns testing for harmful substances within the certified scope; it is not a fire-performance certificate, an allergy guarantee or permission for infant contact. Questions and answers
How do Celeste light blocking and lining options work?
Celeste offers 90–100% light blocking and currently has no separate lining option. Actual light reduction varies with color, configuration, installation and room conditions.
Is Solene made of natural linen?
No. Solene is 100% polyester with a linen-inspired texture. Linen-look describes appearance, not natural-fiber composition.
What are Olivia and Eunice made from?
Olivia is an 80% polyester / 20% flax linen blend. Eunice is Turkish-inspired linen-look polyester; its style name does not establish Turkish origin or natural-linen composition.
Does velvet mean total blackout or soundproof?
No. Light blocking and lining availability are product-specific. Velvet texture alone does not establish a soundproof rating or complete room darkness. Check the selected product and available test documentation.
What does OEKO-TEX documentation cover?
Coverage depends on the named certificate, holder, validity, product class and listed articles or materials. Supplier material evidence must not be extended automatically to every finished configuration, lining, thread or accessory. It is not a fire-performance certificate.
What should I check for a nursery?
Review the selected product, installation instructions and certificate scope. Keep cribs, beds, furniture and toys away from windows and window-covering cords. Chemical-testing documentation does not establish infant chewing, allergy or sleep safety.
What shipping and return terms apply?
Consult the current Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for eligible destinations, order thresholds, exclusions and custom-order terms. Product availability, prices and delivery estimates should be checked for the selected configuration.
Can commercial projects use any curtain in a hospitality collection?
A collection category is not evidence of fire compliance. Contact Deconovo with the project location, selected material and configuration, and required test standard before ordering. Applicable documentation must be reviewed for that specific project.
