Your order will be shipped after 24 hours from our US warehouses and will be delivered in 3 to 5 days to your door.

1. Deconovo Defect Protect Warranty: We refund or replace any defective or wrong item and replace any order that don't show up in your door.

2. Return Policy: If your item qualify for FREE returns, we will send you a free return label. (Apply to all orders placed on April 2021 and onward)

Promo Code Issues:

Do you have an additional promo code and it won't apply? No worries! You can first place the order, and then send us your order number + your promo code by e-mail to info@deconovo.com. Our support team will look into it and refund you the difference.
