Order Cancellation Policy for Non-Custom Products
To cancel an order, please contact us via email. Please note that orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you can request a return label. Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a full refund, minus the shipping cost.
Order Cancellation Policy for Custom Products
Orders canceled within 24 hours (one business day) of payment confirmation will receive a full refund.
After an order is placed, we will send a custom order confirmation email to confirm details such as size, measurements, and specifications.
Customers are required to respond to the confirmation request within 7 calendar days from the date the confirmation email is sent.
If no response is received within 7 days, the order will be considered approved by default, and production will proceed based on the information provided at the time of purchase.
Once production has started:

The order cannot be canceled

No size or specification changes are allowed

The order is not eligible for return or refund
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
Custom-made items that have already been dispatched are non-cancellable.
