Order Cancellation Policy for Non-Custom Products

To cancel an order, please contact us via email. Please note that orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you can request a return label. Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a full refund, minus the shipping cost.

Order Cancellation Policy for Custom Products

Orders canceled within 24 hours (business day) of payment confirmation will receive a full refund.
Cancellation is not possible once production has started.
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
Custom-made items that are already dispatched cannot be canceled.
