Shipping Policy
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
For Non-customized products
- Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it ( 1 - 2 business days );
- Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you ( 1 - 3 business days );
For Customized products
- Production time: 7-10 business days
- Shipping time: 7-12 days.
- Please note, the shipping times listed on our website are estimates based on 95% of our orders. If you need the drapes by a specific date, get in touch with us at info@deconovo.com to verify the delivery schedule and place your order well in advance.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. All items must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. We suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be eligible for a full refund.
If you would like to return a product please contact us. We will provide a return shipping label and the RMA reference number which must accompany the return.
The shipping and return policy apply to all products sold on deconovo.com. This shipping and return policy do not apply to other sales channels other than Deconovo.com. If you purchased a product outside Deconovo.com and wish to return it, please contact us so we can guide you on the steps to follow.
