The Deconovo Trade-In Program allows customers to return their old curtains/tablecloths/coshion covers and receive a discount to purchase new custom curtains. It’s our way of promoting sustainability and giving your old products a second life.
Who is eligible for the trade-in program?
Customers who have purchased Deconovo products from the following platforms can participate: deconovo.com/Amazon/TikTok/
Overstock/Bed Bath & Beyond/Walmart.
You must have proof of your previous purchase to qualify.
Do I need to pay for the return shipping?
Yes, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost to send your old curtains to our warehouse. However, we will reimburse this amount in the form of a discount, so you’ll still benefit from the trade-in program.
What is the value of the trade-in discount?
Your discount equals the total of:
①The value of your previous order.
②The shipping fee you paid to return the old products.
③We offer discounts up to a $150.
For example, if your previous order was $30 and the shipping fee was $5, you’ll receive a $35 discount for your next purchase.
Are there any restrictions on the new curtains I can choose?
You can choose any curtains from our custom curtains or shades for your new purchase.
Can I use other discounts with this offer?
This discount cannot be combined with other discounts on the website
