Once we verify your submission, we’ll email you a discount code worth your previous order amount (max $150) within 24–48 hours.

Deconovo Custom Curtains Trade-In Program
Include your previous order number, order amount, product details.
Return & Recycle (Optional): Want to recycle your old Deconovo products? You can ship them back to us, and we’ll reimburse your return shipping cost by adding it to your trade-in discount. Just upload your shipping receipt or tracking number with return fees, and we’ll verify it within 24–48 hours before sending your discount code (original order value + shipping cost).

What is the Deconovo Trade-In Program?
With the Deconovo Trade-In Program, simply provide proof of your previous Deconovo purchase (no need to return the old product), and enjoy an exclusive discount on your next custom curtain order. It’s our way of rewarding loyal customers and promoting eco-friendly choices.

Who Can Participate in the Trade-In Program?

✔ Existing Deconovo Customers
Customers who have purchased Deconovo products from the following platforms are eligible:
📍 Deconovo.com | Amazon | TikTok | Overstock | Bed Bath & Beyond | Walmart
🔹 Requirement: You must provide proof of your previous purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or product details.
📌 Optional: If you choose to return your old Deconovo curtains, you can receive extra reimbursement for your shipping cost.
✔ New Customers (Other Brand Curtains)
If you have curtains from another brand and want to upgrade to Deconovo, you can still participate!
🔹 Requirement: You must provide proof that you previously purchased curtains from another brand. This can be:
✅ An order receipt or confirmation email
✅ A product photo showing the curtain and brand label (if available)
✅ A screenshot of your previous purchase details
🔹 Additional Info: In the form, please tell us the brand of your old curtains so we can better understand your needs.

What is the value of the trade-in discount?

The value of your discount depends on whether you are an existing Deconovo customer or a new customer switching to Deconovo.
✔ For Existing Deconovo Customers
  • Your discount = Your previous Deconovo order value (up to $150).
  • Optional: If you return your old Deconovo curtains, we will add your shipping cost to your discount (you must provide proof of return shipping).

    • ✔ For New Customers (Other Brand Curtains)
    If you have curtains from another brand and want to switch to Deconovo, you will receive a 20% discount on your first purchase.

    Are there any restrictions on the new curtains I can choose?

    You can choose any curtains from our custom curtains or shades for your new purchase.
    Can I use other discounts with this offer?
    This discount cannot be combined with other discounts on the website
    What happens to my old curtains or other products after I trade them in?
    At Deconovo, we are committed to sustainability and giving your old curtains a second life. 
    If you returned your old curtains, we’ll make sure they’re recycled, upcycled or donated to give them a second life​.
    If you kept them, we encourage you to donate them to a local charity or find a creative reuse. Like ①Donating to Those in Need ②Recycling and Repurposing ③Creative Upcycling.
    By trading in, you’re helping reduce waste and supporting eco-friendly choices. Thank you for making a sustainable decision!
    How can I contact customer support for further assistance with the trade-in program?

    Can I participate more than once?
    Yes! You can participate in the trade-in program multiple times, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements for each trade-in.

    We love seeing how your space looks after you upgrade to Deconovo curtains – and we want to reward you for sharing! 
    After you’ve installed your new curtains, share a before-and-after photo or video of your room on social media. Tag us (for example, on Instagram @Deconovo_Official) and use our hashtag (e.g. #DeconovoUpgrade). 
    Once you do:
    Enjoy an Additional 10% Off: We’ll send you an extra 10% off coupon code as a thank you for showcasing your transformation. You can apply this extra 10% discount to your next Deconovo purchase.
