No, it’s optional. But we recommend it for added peace of mind — especially for custom orders.

Does it apply to custom-made products?

Yes! All eligible Deconovo items, including custom curtains, are covered if you opt in at checkout.

Can I add protection after purchase?

Unfortunately, protection must be selected during checkout and cannot be added later.

Who do I contact to make a claim?

You’ll find a link in your email confirmation that leads to our resolution portal — it’s fast, clear, and handled by our trusted partner.

What is the compensation for delays?

Each valid delay case receives a $5 USD cash compensation (or equivalent in your currency).

What counts as a shipping delay?

- If your order ships and delivers within the same country, it’s considered delayed after 10 days with no delivery.
- For international orders (different country shipping and delivery), the delay threshold is 30 days.
- Delay claims are automatically validated using tracking information.
