Holidays and Peak season:

 

During holidays such as Christmas, we will still reply your requests, however, due to reduced staff capacity, we will do so in 48-72 hours.

 

Please note, that during the peak sales season, such as Black Friday, due to the increased amount of requests, we will do our best to reply to you in less than 24-48 hours.
