The Deconovo Zigbee Hub is compatible with Deconovo Zigbee Motors and Matter Motors over Thread used in our motorized shades. It is not compatible with Standard Motors or Bluetooth Motors. Before ordering, check the motor option on your shade order or the label on the motor. If you are unsure, contact Deconovo Customer Support with a photo of the motor label.
