No minimum to apply. Tier 1 trade pricing starts on your first qualifying order ($500+).
How does tiered pricing work?
Discounts scale by annual project volume: Tier 1 (5-15% off), Tier 2 (15-20%), Tier 3 (20-25%). Reviewed quarterly.
Can I order swatches before client meetings?
Yes. $1.99 per swatch booklet — refunded on first qualifying project order. Approved members receive the full fabric library kit free.
What's the production timeline?
Standard 2-3 weeks. Trade members get priority production for tight deadlines.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
What's your return policy for designers?
Custom orders are non-returnable, but we replace any defects or sizing errors at no charge.
